The Village of Egg Harbor's commercial and retail zone and the public marina are a block away, eliminating the need to drive anywhere if you prefer not to. Specialty shops, galleries, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, bakeries, breweries, a distillery, the local library, the village's performing arts center, and a vibrant local grocery market are all within walking distance.
The village hosts several events each year, including two parades, a fall festival, evening music, a farmers' market, and fireworks.

There is no shortage of outdoor activities nearby. Fishing and bird watching. Biking, walking, swimming, hiking, and running. Boating, kayaking, and sailing.
Are you sailing into the Village of Egg Harbor marina? You can easily walk back and forth to this condo from your slip and stay here to get your land legs back under you.
