●Oct 17th and 18th: Sister Bay’s 80th Annual Fall Festival: A beloved Door County tradition featuring parades, food, crafts, and live music.

●Oct 24th and 25th: Ellison Bay Arts-Fall Art Crawl: Rich in the tradition of arts and crafts, Ellison Bay is home to artist studios/galleries that feature pottery, original paintings, photography, wearable art and handmade leather items. There is also a cider house, coffee house and a folk school.
●Oct 25th: The Fall 50 – Door County’s Iconic 50-Mile Relay Race: The condo is on the course, located between Legs 5 and 6, perfect for runners, spectators, and supporters.

●Oct 31st: Fish Creek’s Annual Jack O’Lantern Days: Celebrate Halloween with carved pumpkins, trick-or-treating, and festive village fun.
Prospective Renter Notices
*The required Door County Tourism Zone Commission Room Tax and the State of Wisconsin Room Tax = 13.5%
●Based on more than 40 years of welcoming guests to our property, we’ve found that a large majority of visitors, especially those enjoying extended stays and our returning renters—prefer the comfort and familiarity of their own linens and towels. As such, guests are asked to provide their own pillowcases, sheets, towels, and personal sundries. For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer, and The Main Street Market is conveniently located nearby within walking distance or a very short drive for groceries and other everyday essentials.
● Guests will be required to review and accept the terms of the Rental Agreement. The agreement also includes detailed information regarding recommended pillowcases, sheets, towels, and personal sundries to help you prepare for a comfortable stay. As always, we are happy to answer any questions you may have about the condo or Door County before, during, or after your visit.
●Subletting is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
The condo's property features a shared waterfront viewing patio and a seasonal dock, ideal for relaxing by the water and taking in the views. Please note the dock is for enjoyment only and not intended for boat docking.

The village’s commercial district and public marina are just one block away—no car required unless you want one. Stroll to specialty shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs, coffee shops and bakeries, breweries and a distillery, the local library, the performing arts center, and a vibrant neighborhood grocery market.
Egg Harbor comes alive year-round with beloved community events, including two parades, a fall festival, evening concerts, a farmers’ market, and fireworks—all within walking distance. Egg Harbor Village Events
Outdoor Adventures Everywhere
Spend the day biking, walking, swimming, hiking, exploring, golfing, or running along nearby beaches, roads, trails, and courses. Boating, paddleboarding, and kayaking on the bay are just steps away.
Or slow things down—relax at the condo pool or watch sailboats glide by from your waterfront deck. When night falls, enjoy excellent stargazing overhead.
Stroll along iconic Whitecliff Road to see the dramatic cliffs of the Niagara Escarpment, which give the road its name.
This is an ideal home base for Door County 5ks, marathons, triathlons, Ironman events, fishing tournaments, and cycling events.
Boat-Friendly Location
Arriving by boat? The Egg Harbor Marina is a short walk from the condo. Bringing one? Launch, rent a slip, and park at the marina. (No boat docking or trailer parking at the condo; overnight trailer parking is available nearby.)

Located in the central portion of the county, just off Highway 42, with easy access to all of Door County's charming villages and attractions.
Access to Green Bay
Lambeau Field is about 75 minutes away. As the oldest NFL stadium still in use, it offers a game-day experience widely considered one of the most unique and memorable in professional sports—even for non-Packers fans. Post-game, you can travel back and relax at a local watering hole, on the waterfront deck.
